multisite install not working

Hello

i am tring to install a multisite using webinoly 

sudo site somerandom.site -wpsubdir

but the damn thing doesnt install

Warning: An existing WordPress network was detected.

but when go to somerandom.site/wp-admin/network 

i get:

Multisite support is not enabled.

what should i do??

nevermind

i forgot to uncomment the multisite settings in wp-config
