First off, thanks for creating Webinoly.

My question is, is there a way to create a WP site and leave the wp-config file in the same folder as htdocs?

For security reasons we put that file one level up, it's a best practice and recommended.

If you want to change that behavior you can do it using the Webinoly Internal-API to add your own script to move that file each time a WP site is created.

To be honest, I don't see any valid reasons to change that.

Thank you for taking the time to answer my question and yes, it makes perfect sense as to why it's implemented this way.

I'm using ManageWP to manage and backup clients sites. All backups creates without wp-config.php.
