[WARNING] Seems like NGINX is installed but Webinoly can not detect it!

Hi all,

I have created Ubuntu 18.04 VPS on vultr.com. This server I installed webinoly. Then I purge Nginx and install nginx from the source. 

When I try to create a site it shows "NGINX is required to create a site!", then I uninstalled webinoly and try to reinstall it. Now it giving me this error.

[WARNING] Seems like NGINX is installed but Webinoly can not detect it!

[ERROR] File: /opt/webinoly/templates/source/www.conf not found!

[ERROR] File: /opt/webinoly/templates/source/php.ini not found!

I can confirm that this server Nginx 1.17.0 running. When I use "nginx -v" it gives following output.

root@server:~# nginx -v

nginx version: nginx/1.17.0

That means that Nginx was not installed by Webinoly.

Webinoly can not use packages installed from a different source.
