What is the command to restart webinoly server?

I am getting a message "Error establishing a database connection" when I open my website. Restarting webinoly server may help, right?

Webinoly only installs the components for you and when you get an database error you could just restart mysql (sudo service mysql restart), or make an alias to restart all webrelated services:
 

alias webserver-restart="service nginx restart && service mysql restart && service php7.*-fpm restart"
