What is user www-data SFTP password I use for Filezilla?

How do I log into Filezilla after I SSH into server and run command sudo webinoly -login-www-data - I don't see anything in the docs https://webinoly.com/en/documentation/webinolys/.

2. User = www-data
3. key file = browse to private ppk PuTTYGEN key used during SSH creation setup

How do I assign a password if I don't wanna use the SSH? Maybe I just want to create permanent SFTP user.
