WP installation fails on IPv6 Droplet

When I checked the site installation folder, there was no WP Files. It seems like Webinoly could not download Wordpress. This VPS had only IPv6.

When I tried to install it on a droplet with IPv4, it installed successfully.

VPS Provider: Vultr

Webinoly servers have full support for IPv6, unfortunately, the official WordPress repos still do not support it.
