Hello,

Thank you QROkes for making this great bundle of tools. I really appreaciate it.

How can I install SSL on all subdomains of my WordPress site? And it's including the supersite also

SSL for example.com

and SSL for sub1.example.com, sub2.example.com

And, when we creating our site, what's the version of PHP that we are using by default? And how to know the version we are currently use.

Thank You!

Hi Prmdpt,

Webinoly still doesn't support Wildcard SSL, so you have to create an individual certificate for each sub-domain.

sudo site example.com -ssl-on
sudo site sub1.example.com -ssl-on
sudo site sub2.example.com -ssl-on

Please, read the documentation, default PHP version now is 7.2.

Regards.

Thank you QROkes, I do have read the documentation.

Thank you for this great tool, same as you I've been EE user, but since they haven't doing the updates for a very long time, I looked for the alternative. And yours is really great.

Thanks a lot for your kind support, I'm pretty sure you will see a lot of improvements in Webinoly compared with EE.

Hi QROkes,

I was trying to install SSL on my subdomains, but typing -

`sudo site subsite.example.com -ssl-on`

Resulting me back saying

"Site sub1.example.com doesn't exists!"

Because sub1.example.com is a virtual subsite (part of WordPress Multisite) that's why it doesn't recognize, perhaps?

Do you think webinoly will support wildcard SSL for WPMU Subdomain soon? Is it just a matter of donations?

Donations are always welcome!

Wildcard is on the roadmap but not scheduled yet to be released. So, we have no release date for this feature.

If your business depends on this feature, you can always hire us to develope what you need as soon as possible.

On the other hand, regular donations is what keep this project moving fordward, so if you like this project, donations are the best way to show support.

Regards.

You are totally right!

Sorry for the inconveniences, I will fix it.

As a temporary solution, you can manually request the SSL certificate for your subdomains.

sudo letsencrypt certonly --webroot -w /var/www/sub.domain.com/htdocs/ -d sub.domain.com --mail user@domain.com --agree-tos

Thanks for your help to find this issue.

Regards.
