How to delete database from old site?

When I delete site, it don't delete old db.

And when I try to create another one with same domain - 

[ERROR] Database db_name already exists!
Do you want to use this DB in your new site? [y/N]

Problem is when you say "y" it changes password of db and I can't connect site to this db.

And I can't from PMA connect to this DB.

Please help me to solve this problem.

I try to create new site with -wp key on the same domain and what we got - script just ask, I answer Y and after it's "finished" without any Wordpress install.

We are aware about the need to improve the DB-reuse process.

• PMA is always a good option.
• You can always do it manually from MySQL command line.

PMA can't access DB, cause password changed and DB reject access.

I solved by manual delete from command line, yes :)
