how? change site domain / URL of a wordpress install

Question

If I install a WordPress website using command sudo site 207.246.118.99 -wp=default -cache and than complete WordPress installation by visiting http://207.246.118.99 in my browser -- how do I change the wordpress website address (or domain)?

Do I just go into the WP Admin Settings and edit the address? Do I need to change the nginx.conf file or anything? Am I missing something on the doc page? https://webinoly.com/en/documentation/webinolys/

What about using the PMA, would I have edit a few tables?

Please advise and recommend tips and tricks.

You have two options:

1. Modify all the nginx conf files and follow the typical WP change domain guides you find in Google. (Not recommended)
2. Create a new site and use a migration plugin like duplicator.
