closed change vps configuration from 2gb to 512mb

hi

i have a vps with 2gb ram  with webinoly installed and site running , i think i don't need this much ram for only 500 600  visit in a day

can i reduce vps ram from 2gb to 512 and even my cpu core from 2 to 1 without any problem ?

or i must do something else
