Failed to connect to Mysql #1405

Question

I was unable to create or delete domain with error # 1405.

Please help me fix it!

That's interesting and shouldn't be happennig.

I can not reproduce this issue on my end. Please, try these steps and tell me what you see:

• Use the default option to install WordPress and see if you get the same error: sudo site smnn.com -wp=default -cache
• Run this command: sudo mysql --connect-timeout=10 --user=root -p$ROOT_PASS -e "quit" - replace $ROOT_PASS with you current root user password, you can get the root password with sudo webinoly -dbpass Tell if it throw an error and tell me what you see in your logs.
• Please, run these two commands sudo webinoly -info and sudo webinoly -verify
