delete a database via command!!

Hi,

Im still new here, and I really tried to read the docs about the CLI commands, but I did not find my answer about how I could delete a database ? Using a database name, or delete everything that already installed and related to any site ? ( not deleting a site only ) just in case I need to clean everything before re-installing a site.
