Is there a way to use PostgresSQL instead of MariaDB?

You can use and install any software you want on your server. Just don't install MariaDB and you manually install Postgre or any other you want.

For example:

# Install Webinoly without MariaDB
wget -qO weby qrok.es/wy && sudo bash weby -php

# Install PostgreSQL or any other.
# You should manually do it on your own, of course!
