More info here: https://gitlab.com/duplicity/duplicity/-/issues/797
The Ubuntu script is not created: /usr/local/bin/duplicity
But the python module still works: python3 -m duplicity
Quick FIX: alias duplicity='python3 -m duplicity'
This issue has been fixed for packages installed from the PPA, but Webinoly installs this package directly from PIP. We don't know if it will be fixed here!
We will keep an eye on this!

UPDATE (Apr, 19) - Duplicity is having a lot of issues after v2.1.4.
#How to check your Duplicity version
sudo duplicity --version
#Downgrade/Upgrade Duplicity.
sudo pip3 install --upgrade "duplicity==2.1.4"
In the next Webinoly release (1.18.0), Duplicity version will be fixed and automatically upgraded/downgraded to 2.1.4 to prevent any future issues due to unstable releases.
