wp-admin/import.php HTTP ERROR 500

Question

I am having HTTP ERROR 500 error on server installed in amazon, I can not do import, any help? Detail this only happens in vps amazon!

All our sites are running on AWS, also Webinoly is developed and tested using AWS. So I don't think this issue is related with Webinoly.

Can you tell what other cloud providers did you try with the same exact WordPress site to say that it only happens in AWS?

Did you check the WP plugins/theme for a posible conflict?

Why do you think an issue you have with WP is caused by Webinoly?

I just tested the theme, it really conflicts and causes this error. Thank you!
