I'm using the nginx cache helper plugin as recommended, but when viewing my site with a different browser that's not logged into the back end, the new post is visible on its own page, however the homepage of the site showing all the posts does not get updated with the new post.  (It shows fine when I'm logged into the backend, but just not on a separate browser that's not logged in)

My apologies, I finally noticed the message that said to change the purge method on the nginx helper plugin to "delete local server cache files"... it works great once this is set!
