Redirect root folder without Domain Fowarding tool

Question

I'm trying to redirect the root domain "/" to one URL and "/en/" to another URL using the Redirection Manager, but I'm getting this error:

[ERROR] Root folder redirection is not allowed, use the 'domain forwarding' feature if want to redirect a complete domain!

I don't want to use Domain Forwarding because I need more than one redirect. How can I achieve this? It's possible?

Yes, you can add your own code/conf with your custom redirections. Just follow the file naming convention mentioned in the docs.

Just for the record: Webinoly 1.17.8 has been released and root redirections are now allowed with some restrictions.
