Hi!

When trying to install Webinoly I got a problem. It was described here https://webinoly.com/support/8541/webinoly-not-installing-on-hetzner-dedicated-server

I was able to solve the problem with Apt Key not found. But another problem appeared. When I try to verify the system, I get the following response [ERROR] This copy of Webinoly is not genuine!

I have read all the Webinoly documentation. I have studied the forum. But there is no mention of this error anywhere. What does it mean? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Webinoly, but it didn't help.

That means that you are installing Webinoly using an unofficial method.

  • If you use the official command for Webinoly installation you should not get any errors. I'm using it everyday that way!
  • If you're seeing the "Not Genuine" error, then I'm sure you are getting more errors during the installation process, at least one for a "not recognized method".
  • If you are having issues with "Apt-Keys", that means that several other errors occur during the installation process. That's not normal!
  • If you don't provide more detailed information, we won't be able to help you.

I am installing Webinoly according to your documentation. During the installation the following error occurs:

- [ERROR] Nginx Apt Key not found!

- [ERROR] MariaDB Apt Key not found!

In the installer logs I see the following messages:

********

E: The repository 'https://nginx.org/packages/ubuntu focal InRelease' is not signed.

I was able to fix the problem with Apt Key not found. I used the advice in this tutorial:

https://askubuntu.com/questions/13065/how-do-i-fix-the-gpg-error-no-pubkey

After these actions, an error appeared

Seems like you have a lot more issues with your server conf. But you should start debugging to understand why your server cannot connect with the apt-key server.

Can you tell me where to look for information on how to do the debbugging process correctly?

Hi, Cristhian! I contacted hosting support. They told me that it's a problem with the script. There are no restrictions on their part. They gave me a dedicated server. This is the first time I have encountered such a problem. I use Webinoly from several different hosts and there is no such problem. I am ready to give you login details to this server for a test. If it is a hosting problem, I need a reason to point it out to the support staff.

The problem was solved as follows:

sudo stack -purge-server-all

apt update

sudo stack -lemp
